There has been an increased concern that the exploitation and trade of certain minerals originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are causing social and environmental issues and extreme levels of violence. ACTS is taking and will take due diligence within our supply chain to assure to prevent the use of any “Conflict Minerals” of Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn) and Tungsten (W) originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.'

ACTS declares:

•Our suppliers are requested to take the responsibility for social and environmental
protection.
•We do not purchase any “Conflict Minerals” originating in the Democratic Republic
of the Congo or certain adjoining countries.
•We requests suppliers to provide country of origin of “Conflict Minerals” of Gold
(Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn) and Tungsten (W) in all of the supplied products to
assure to prevent the use of any “Conflict Minerals” originating in the “Conflict
Regions”.
